Gazing at the fishes was something that Kuri needed to have some time alone. The azure shade of the area was comforting to say the least, but her mind was wandering on something else.

Her blue orbs were then focused on her deck case. She wouldn't mind a cardfight or two from someone else, but honestly, she needed a break. She was currently bored at the moment.

[Arrives and enters]

"Haa..."

She let out a sigh as she leans on the railings on a certain area, looking at the giant aquarium in front of her.

"Why today's tests that hard... mom's gonna kill me soon..."

She took out her deck case from her pocket.

"If only the tests are cardfighting..."

After a few minutes she decided to unwind at her favorite card shop.

[leaves to Card capital]

After wandering around that huge place for some time now, she started to get really bored, and she believed that someone just passed her, but she was so fixated at the aquatic life that she didn't even notice.

Maybe... I should go back to the card shop after this.

Now, she just decided to look for the bench nearby to rest her feet from walking.

[already in this place for a while, currently sitting on a bench with some paper bags, probably souvenirs.]

"Hmmm?"

She would never expect someone to occupy the bench when she arrived there, but at the sight of the familiar mop of white hair, golden eyes and brown skin that was a bit darker than her own, that's when the look of awe crossed her face. She have read about him before.

"Wait, Jaime Alcaraz? What are you doing here?"

Upon hearing his name called by a female voice, he quickly stand up, leaving his stuff in the bench and approached the owner of the voice.

"Yaa~ señorita!"

He smiled and gave a wink.

At the sight of the flirtatious wink, a sweat drop had appeared comically on the Gold Paladin user's head, because she honestly found that to be a bit creepy. Rumors has spread that he charmed almost every girl that caught his eye, but she didn't believe that unless there was enough proof.

But for now, she has to be friendly.

"Ummm... never thought that we'll meet up here, Jaime-san. Looking at the fishes also?"

He didn't mind why the lady in front of him knew his name, but surely he wanted to know something.

"Before that, may I know your name?"

That's when a small smile formed on her mouth as she introduced herself. She wouldn't mind having to tell him her name.

"I'm Kurisuchin Saiyuki, a cardfighter like you. I'm using Gold Paladin, though."

"Haato ni kitaa~!"

He said in a loud voice as he raises his hands though other people in the area were surprised and looked at him.

"For your question señorita, I'm here waiting for my destined one and apparently it's... you."

Again he gave a wink. There goes his usual pick up line.

When Jaime screamed at the top of his lungs, Kuri panicked, knowing that he had caused a scene.

"H-hey, y-you're-"

And there goes that wink again, attempting to charm her, and she was once again embarrassed.

"E-eh??"

Before he could say something, he noticed a staff trying to 'clean' up the stuff left on the bench.

"Wait that's mine!"

And Kuri was the first one to rush, having to speak politely so that she could pick up the things left behind on the bench. Once the cleaning staff member nodded, she quickly returned the things to him.

"Just don't leave your stuff behind next time. It's embarrassing."

"It's your fault señorita, for suddenly appearing in front of me."

And shows his 3rd wink.

She sighed. Though it could get annoying, she would admit that the playful side of him was something she wouldn't mind. At least it wouldn't get dull.

"Anyway, planning to go out somewhere? Or do you still want to look at the fishes?"

"Actually I should be meeting someone here."

"Oh, someone important? Whom are you referring to?"

I guess hanging out with him could wait until he could meet with that someone... Oh well.

"Anjou Mamoru. But I already waited for an hour, still no signs of him. Planning on going to his office after resting a bit."

"Wait, you mean the clan leader from the Dragon Empire branch? I have heard of the place but I haven't been there before. Heard that he's also popular like you."

Dragon Empire was the branch she hadn't visited yet. She was usually at the United Sanctuary branch, which was one of the target places whenever she wanted to cardfight with someone else.

"I'm not popular señorita, but it will be enough if you remember me."

As soon as he finished his sentence, a man in a semi-formal wear approached him and said he's there to pick the silver-haired guy instead of the DE clan leader.

"I have to go. Adiós señorita~!"

He waves and left with the attendant.

[leaves]

Kuri smiled as she watched him leave. She waved back at him.

"Sayonara, Jaime-san."

And she decided to depart from the place as well, knowing that they would meet again some day. For now, it was late and she had to go back home.

The next day, the limousine arrived to a complete stop at the entrance. Iwamura, the butler, was the driver who was responsible for the trip. Shion thanked him for bringing him there and the butler informed that he would pick him up later.

He stepped out of the vehicle and reached for his pants pocket, fishing for his wallet so that he could pay for the entrance fee.
