Only The Clan Leaders or Admin can change them. Characters must register at their respective nation at Clan HQ. Aside from Mamoru who will be automatically be registered in Dragon Empire upon joining the site. Not sure for Ibuki(Kouji) since I didn't follow G much. Is he the clan leader for UniSan?
