Kuri was glad that the driver finally arrived to fetch them both, and flinched when he held her hand as they entered the limousine.

"Hey, we're not in a relationship yet," she remarked as she gently let go of his grasp.

(Reyon shocked)

Reyon: opps , im sorry i thought your hungry so i just pulled your hand ahhh im sorry (lonely face)

Kuri's urge to leave the limo went on, but dismissing his hospitality would be rude, so she just stayed in her seat.

"No, it's fine."

(inside the limousine)

Reyon: so what kind of cuisine do you like? ..

At his question, Kuri hummed, thinking of her favorites, but in the end, she just decided to go for something random.

"Any cuisine is fine, though Filipino and Japanese are my favorites. It'll be better if you can cook any of these two."

(Reyon shocked and laugh)

Reyon : ohh i see lets see maybe ill ask the chef then (smiles)

And as the limo continued its steady cruise towards Reyon's adobe, Kuri wanted to break the uncomfortable silence with a question. She knew it may not be the right time, but her curiosity urged her and she couldn't quell that feeling.

"Reyon-san, I know it's a bit intrusive but... why you decided to quit becoming a cardfighter?"

(When kuri said the question reyon gets silent)

Reyon:(quiet)....... And smile) hmmmm well i think maybe its complicated for me maybe (smiles)

She had half-expected him to conceal the true reason, and she decided not to question him even further about that. Even she had problems hidden inside herself, and her parents were just belittling her feelings every time she protested due to their unacceptable intrusions, much worse if it's without her consent. That's why she chose not to trust people, for they may have hidden wicked intentions.

But Reyon was of a different kind, and she began to understand him despite their first meeting.

"I see. Well, anyway, is your house really that far? I'm curious about the look."

(Reyon smile)

Reyon: where already here (he pointed the big house)

Her azure orbs followed the direction of his finger, and she was shocked. No, 'shocked' would be an understatement; she was actually flabbergasted.

"Your house is really huge, and mansion-like, too."

(Reyon laugh)

Reyon: hahahahaha your face is funny , (smiles)

Reyon: really ? Is that big for you

(Opens the huge gate and goes in and see alot of gardens and flowers)

It was definitely her first time seeing the mansion up close. Her family's house was stable yet not grand, and it didn't matter if the exterior was beautiful; if the atmosphere was laden with nothing but strife, then the vision of the joyous family life inside the adobe was nothing else but a mirage incinerated by the flame of anger and resentment. Kuri had experienced that herself thanks to her emotionally abusive parents who would do nothing else but make life a living hell for her.

She just hoped that the history wouldn't repeat itself when she ventured into the mansion. For now, she took in the scenery as the gate opened.

"Yeah, definitely big. You are definitely a rich kid."

(Reyon strare's kuri)

Reyon:yeah my parents own a big company so it will be obvious right ?... But you know staying here in this big mansion house i feel so lonely you know (smiles)

The raven-haired blinked at the startling discovery, and simply nodded as he went on.

"I see. Well, I don't feel like belonging at all, especially with the abusive treatment from my parents. At least yours was less excruciating."

(Reyon is thinking)

Reyon: hmmmmm .. Ohhh i see. (Paths the head of kuri and smiles)

Again, there goes with the pat, and Kuri winced a bit at the treatment.

"Well, can we enter the house now? I know there's something even more beautiful inside."
